Where the mapping comes from, and its limits
- Twilio: 181 brand, campaign and toll-free verification codes (30780–30999) from Twilio's public error reference, read on 11 Oct 2026.
- Vetting partners (DCAs): the Bandwidth DCA1, Proxy Connector DCA1 and DCA2 reason lists as published by a Bandwidth partner (RingLogix); these are the reasons Telnyx, Bandwidth and other providers pass on.
- Text: anything without a code is matched on wording, so read the cause and check it fits.
- Website check: reads the HTML. Forms built by JavaScript or embedded widgets can't be read and are reported as such; reviewers may not see them either, so give them a screenshot.
